How to volunteer or help with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network

Fellow Masters swimmer Heidi Swanson, who is an awareness counselor for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (http://pancan.org/) in San Diego County, is volunteering today at the AFC half Pancan aid station.  Heidi has given Dave tons of info and encouragement, and we wanted to post a link to her blog here.
