Eileen and I stopped in last night to check on Dave. We were amazed on how great he looked (although he's not a bad looking guy) and how upbeat he was. He's definitely the healthiest looking person in the ICU! Dave continues to be an over-achiever and crushes everything thrown his way. He's an inspiration to me and forces me to get my lazy butt out of bed to work out each day. We got a chance to hang out with bros Nelson and Carl, sister-in-law Sharree, and super wife, Janet . . .talk about an all-star support group! I wouldn't be surprised to see Dave running laps around the ICU today, maybe some stair climbing tomorrow.
